We are so pleased with our new home (Casa Sonrisas). I want to thank you again for the wonderful experience we had working with you and your team. The quality of the workmanship is far better than what we were expecting and your attention to every detail far exceeded our expectation.
We are constantly being complimented on our beautiful home and everyone who visits agrees that the design and construction is superior to any other homes in the area.
The process was exactly how you said it would be. Receiving weekly photographs as the house was being constructed allowed us to feel confident everything was running smoothly. The building was on schedule and on budget, which I understand is not always the case with other builders.
You and Mauricio were always quick to respond to any requests we had and every time I have needed a question answered Mauricio is always happy to help.
