TESTIMONIAL DE TOM McGrath

Estamos en la fase preliminar de diseño a construir un edificio de 4 unidades en Melaque, Jalisco, México. Hasta ahora hemos gozado completamente al trabajar con Jorge y su equipo.  Estamos impresionados con la minuciosidad, reflexión y flexibilidad con que han trabajado  nuestras ideas,  de lo que queremos incorporar al proyecto.

Nosotros empezamos con un concepto totalmente diferente y Jorge fue muy rápido en dibujar nuestro diseño, pero el tomo un paso adelante y desarrollo una segunda opción, que fue por la que nos decidimos, ya que era un mejor planteamiento y esa es la que ahora estamos construyendo en México.

Hay tres socios en nuestro proyecto, y Jorge a sido diestro trabajando con nosotros y ocasionalmente, nuestras opciones divergentes, El es muy amable y tiene muy buen sentido del humor, lo cual ayuda mucho,  su enfoque a las condiciones del entorno, diseño de construcción, proyecto de calendario y presupuesto son de considerable profundidad y es refrescante trabajar con el y su equipo.

We are in the preliminary design phase of building a 4 unit building in Melaque Jalisco MX.  So far we have thoroughly enjoyed working with Jorge and his team and have been impressed by the thoroughness, thoughtfulness and flexibility in working on our ideas of what we want incorporated into the project. 

We started with an entirely different concept and Jorge was able to quickly draft our design, but he then took it a step further and developed a second option, which we all quickly agreed was a better plan- and that is the one we are now building in Mexico!.

There are 3 partners in our project, and Jorge has been deft in working with us and our sometimes divergent opinions.  He is very amiable and has a sense of humor which really helps. His approach to the environmental conditions, building design, project timeline and budget are all thorough and thoughtful and it is refreshing to work with him and his team.
